Ideal for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, graduations, school functions, and community gatherings. Package Includes: 1 Banquet Table (96” L x 30” W x 29.25” H) 6 Chairs (17.72” D x 16.93” W x 29.92” H) This setup comfortably seats six guests and works well for dining, registration tables, gift tables, or display areas. The rectangular 8-foot table allows flexible room layouts and efficient space planning. Simple to arrange. Easy to expand. Designed for reliable event seating. Temporary authorization hold: $25 (not a final charge unless fees apply) Replacement value if unreturned: $250 PICKUP AND RENTAL PERIOD Each booked day is one 24-hour rental unit. For consecutive-day rentals, book each day, keep the equipment continuously, and return at your original pickup time after the final booked day. Select your rental date on the calendar. The 12:00 AM slot represents the date only; choose your actual pickup time at checkout. Pickup and return are at our Odessa address. LATE RETURNS AND UNRETURNED ITEMS Return at your selected pickup time the next day for a one-day rental, or after the final booked day for consecutive-day rentals. A 12-hour grace period follows the agreed return time. After the grace period, a $50 late fee applies per order for each late day, measured from the original return deadline. Items still unreturned more than 48 hours after the original return deadline will be charged at their full replacement value. The grace period delays late fees; it does not extend the 48-hour replacement deadline.
Cancellation Policy
GRAB & GO PARTY RENTALS LLC TERMS OF SERVICE By placing an order, making payment, or accepting delivery or pickup of equipment, you (“Renter”) agree to these Terms of Service and the Grab & Go Party Rentals LLC Rental Agreement, which is incorporated by reference and controls all rental-specific terms. All rented items are listed on the invoice, order confirmation, or delivery confirmation. Return at your selected pickup time the next day for a one-day rental, or after the final booked day for consecutive-day rentals. A 12-hour grace period follows the agreed return time. After the grace period, a $50 late fee applies per order for each late day, measured from the original return deadline. Items still unreturned more than 48 hours after the original return deadline will be charged at their full replacement value. The grace period delays late fees; it does not extend the 48-hour replacement deadline. Payment is due before release of equipment. Renter authorizes Grab & Go Party Rentals LLC to place authorization holds and to charge the payment method on file for unpaid balances, late fees, cleaning, damage, loss, repair, replacement, or other amounts due under the Rental Agreement. Authorization holds are not final charges unless fees apply. Renter assumes all risks related to possession, setup, use, and operation of the equipment and is responsible for safe supervision and lawful use. Some equipment may require additional rules, supervision, waivers, or safety measures as stated in the Rental Agreement or product-specific terms. Cancellations are subject to this policy: 21 or more days before the rental date, full refund; 15 to 20 days before, 50% refund; within 14 days, non-refundable. Grab & Go Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Texas law governs these Terms and the Rental Agreement, and venue shall be in the county of the Company’s principal place of business. If you are booking on behalf of a business, church, school, nonprofit, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and that entity is the Renter.
