Cancellation Policy
GRAB & GO PARTY RENTALS LLC TERMS OF SERVICE By placing an order, making payment, or accepting delivery or pickup of equipment, you (“Renter”) agree to these Terms of Service and the Grab & Go Party Rentals LLC Rental Agreement, which is incorporated by reference and controls all rental-specific terms. All rented items are listed on the invoice, order confirmation, or delivery confirmation. Rental begins at pickup or delivery and ends when all equipment is returned. Late returns may incur additional fees, including up to $50 per day, and unreturned equipment may be charged at full replacement cost. Payment is due before release of equipment. Renter authorizes Grab & Go Party Rentals LLC to place authorization holds and to charge the payment method on file for unpaid balances, late fees, cleaning, damage, loss, repair, replacement, or other amounts due under the Rental Agreement. Authorization holds are not final charges unless fees apply. Renter assumes all risks related to possession, setup, use, and operation of the equipment and is responsible for safe supervision and lawful use. Some equipment may require additional rules, supervision, waivers, or safety measures as stated in the Rental Agreement or product-specific terms. Cancellations are subject to this policy: 21 or more days before the rental date, full refund; 15 to 20 days before, 50% refund; within 14 days, non-refundable. Grab & Go Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Texas law governs these Terms and the Rental Agreement, and venue shall be in the county of the Company’s principal place of business. If you are booking on behalf of a business, church, school, nonprofit, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and that entity is the Renter.
